- Welcomes customers & makes & serves beverages.
- They can also handle pastries, sandwiches & other foods.
- A Tea Master has to follow specific recipes & preparation techniques for a number of menu items.
- Communicate customer feedback to managers & recommend new menu items.
- Check if brewing equipment and appliances operates properly & report any maintenance needs of the store.
- They operate cash registers & credit / debit machines & are expected to keep a clean & well – stocked workspace.
- Maintain a proper inventory of the store especially the cups and raw materials entrusted to its branch.
- Comply with health & safety regulations.
- Willing to adjust working hours and branch assignment.
