With us, you can be a part of a growing company you want to work for.The opportunityA Senior Product Manager is responsible for leading research and development activities relating to the design and development of specific solutions and/or modules on the platform as defined by the product strategy and roadmap. This role is responsible for developing and driving the long-term solution strategy, providing thought leadership, and defining the tactical roadmap for the relevant solutions and/or modules. The Senior Product Manager must understand the market needs to be addressed by the solution, executing a clear plan to create a solution satisfying those needs, and driving adoption and commercial success once launched.**Candidates for this position must reside in and have right to work in the following countries: Portugal, Hungary, or Serbia**Role responsibilitiesHow will you make an impact at Envision Pharma Group?Drive the creation and direction of solutions on the iEnvision PlatformOwn the product management lifecycleResearch opportunities and pain pointsDrive the visionDefine and document how the solution will work and related user experiencesAnalyze data and customer feedbackWork closely with Product, Engineering and Design leaders to build a roadmap that is consistent with the overall iEnvision Product StrategyOwn the roadmap, development, and direction of specific set of solutions or modules available or in development on the platformThe Senior Product Manager will work with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, test and evaluate the product performance and assist in the transition from development to successful commercialization.Make data-driven decisions and analyze existing products for opportunities to differentiate and to make trade-off recommendationsEngage in and influence technical discussions with engineering teamsCollect and analyze feedback from our customers and key stakeholders to build deep customer and market understanding to produce a world class UI/UX that is relevant and easy to use across all demographicsDemonstrate thought leadership and be a trusted domain expertCreate documentation to support product development and managementProvide training to internal teams including delivery, client engagement and commercialProvide mentoring and support to less experienced team members to help develop their skillset and experienceDo you have what we are looking for?Skills & expertiseBachelor’s degree in a technology related field or equivalent pharma industry experience requiredMinimum 6 years of product management experience in a SaaS/cloud company requiredMedical affairs or related experience in pharmaceutical or aligned industry a plusTravel profile up to 30% or as needed based on business needs #J-18808-Ljbffr
