Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment between HR strategies and organizational goals.
- Provide expert guidance on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
- Collaborate with business units to cultivate and sustain a high-performance culture.
- Work closely with Centers of Excellence (COEs) on talent acquisition, learning and development, and performance management programs.
- Partner with HR Shared Services to ensure efficient delivery of HR operations.
- Continuously enhance the effectiveness of the HR Business Partner model.
Employee Relations and Engagement
- Lead initiatives to enhance employee engagement, fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace.
- Handle complex employee relations matters with professionalism and discretion, ensuring fair and consistent resolution.
Data-Driven Decision Making
- Leverage HR analytics to monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends and provide innovative, data-driven solutions to address organizational challenges.
Qualifications and Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- A minimum of 4 years of professional HR experience, preferably with proven expertise in the HRBP model and familiarity with the three-pillar HR framework.
- A strong ability to build and sustain partnerships with business leaders across all levels.
- Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Experience in fast-paced, dynamic industries such as logistics or e-commerce is highly desirable.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools.
