To assist Supervisor in ensuring operations meet customer, company, and regulatory requirements. To guide team members on how to run processes, use tools, and jigs. To lead improvement action activities. To understand and handle abnormalities during operation. To instruct and ensure operation members understand all quality requirements. To maintain 5S principles in operation at all times. To comply with company rules and regulations and report any abnormalities. To perform any tasks assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
