Are you ready to champion cross-functional collaboration and liaise between departments to ensure alignment with the product? At Crown interactive, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Product Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the product lifecycle from conception to launch, ensuring our products meet the needs of our customers and align with the company's strategic objectives. You will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.
- Product Strategy: Define the vision and strategy for the product, including market research, competitive analysis, and identifying opportunities.
- Roadmap Development: Create and manage the product roadmap, outlining the schedule and milestones for product features and releases.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful product delivery.
- Requirements Gathering: Collect and prioritize product requirements from stakeholders, customers, and market research.
- Product Development: Oversee the product development lifecycle, from concept through to launch, ensuring that the product meets user needs and business goals.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor product performance, user feedback, and market trends to iterate and improve the product continuously.
- Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed about product progress, updates, and changes, and manage their expectations.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop long-term plans and strategies for product success.
- Market Research: Proficiency in analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
- Project Management: Strong skills in managing projects, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Technical Understanding: Knowledge of technology and product development processes to effectively collaborate with engineering teams.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to articulate product vision, requirements, and updates clearly.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, measure performance, and make data-driven decisions.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles that arise during the product lifecycle.
- Leadership: Capability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Metric driven: Strong analytical and synthesis skills are a must , including the ability to absorb and process large amounts of data into actionable information
- A Good University Degree in computer science, engineering or business-related field with at least 4 to 5 year's experience in product management
- Experience managing SAAS and Enterprise Software Solutions and Technology Products is a must have
- Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision making.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to develop and implement product strategies that deliver business results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Proficient in productivity applications such as Microsoft office such as Excel, Microsoft Visio, Project Management tools
- Business analysis skills will be an added advantage
- Efficient in using collaboration and CRM tools such as Slack and JIRA, Google Analytics, Data Analytics
