GuideWire Digital Business Analyst. Job Description Format Role: Guide Wire Digital Business Analyst. Exp Range: 8 to 12yrs Work Location: Pan India Primary Skill: We seek a Sr. Business Analyst with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with the Guidewire Digital Portal and a strong understanding of Property & Casualty Insurance. This role involves analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring successful implementation to meet our client's needs. Primary Skill Experience: Digital portal Secondary Skill: Domain Specifications: Insurance- Property and Casualty Education: B.Tech Roles & Responsibilities: Analyze and document business requirements to ensure alignment with client objectives. - Design and propose solutions that leverage Guidewire Digital Portal, especially Producer Engage -PolicyCenter to meet business needs. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements. - Provide detailed functional specifications for development teams. - Oversee the implementation of Guidewire Digital Portal solutions. - Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure solutions meet business requirements. - Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions. - Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption of solutions. - Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders. - Identify and mitigate risks associated with project delivery. - Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. - Work closely with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of solutions. - Continuously seek opportunities to improve processes and solutions. Qualifications - Possess a strong understanding of Guidewire Digital Portal. - Having experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is highly desirable. - Demonstrate excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Show proficiency in documenting business requirements and functional specifications. - Have experience in conducting user acceptance testing. - Be capable of facilitating workshops and meetings effectively. - Display the ability to provide training and support to end-users. - Demonstrate experience in monitoring project progress and providing updates. - Show the ability to identify and mitigate project risks. - Exhibit knowledge of industry standards and best practices. - Demonstrate experience in collaborating with technical teams. - Show a continuous improvement mindset.
