Job Summary Assisting the Chief Executive Officer and/or the ALAM Management team in administering and executing strategies, plans, and policies as approved by the Board of Trustees. Job Description- Prepare, track, and manage annual budget requirements for projects or programs to ensure optimal use of resources and impactful return on investment.
- Design and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to meet financial goals.
- Research new grant opportunities from foundations, corporations, and government agencies that align with the organization's mission.
- Prepare documents such as letters, memos, proposals, agreements, reports, annual plans, minutes of meetings, presentations, and budgets for Management’s approval or information.
- Evaluate strategic partners and programs/projects, including feasibility and cost analysis.
- Engage with stakeholders and manage the implementation of projects and programs in line with the organization’s objectives.
- Liaise and follow up with internal and external resources to ensure successful execution of initiatives.
- Plan and execute events, projects, and programs, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manage activities undertaken by the organization and its partners.
- Ensure all KPIs are met, and that paperwork and processes are completed within the given timeframe.
- Keep abreast of ecosystem developments related to the organization’s focus areas.
- Work closely with outsourced consultants, agencies, vendors, and other external partners.
- Support various marketing and public relations efforts to promote the organization's initiatives and programs.
- Degree or Master's in Sciences (e.g., Biology, Environmental Studies), Business Administration, Communication, Multimedia, or other relevant fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience, preferably with exposure to Banking, Foundation/NGO/CSO sectors, in both Public and/or Private sectors.
- Proven experience in fundraising strategy and grant management.
- Strong knowledge of sustainability and environmental management practices and policies.
- Demonstrated experience in project and/or event planning and management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Proficient in professional digital skills, including Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
