Facility Coordinator

Job Title: Facility Coordinator Qualifications:

• Interface with Tenants, Staff, and Management
• Inspect facilities to ensure compliance with company regulations and quality standards
• Coordination with Tenants, Contractors, and Engineering Team
• Supervision of Cleaning Team and Cleaning Schedule
• Showing vacant properties to prospective clients & property consultants and reporting to head office
• Flats/Villa handing over & taking over and reporting to Facility Engineer
• Maintaining the complaints records & follow up
• Oversee the daily operation of facility equipment and systems
• Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with outside contractors
• Enforce safety rules and procedures and oversee ongoing training of maintenance staff
• Manage inventory of supplies and equipment
• Coordinate construction and renovation projects as needed
• Maintain accurate facility records and prepare reports for management
• Maintain staff discipline and respond to work-related incidents
• Mentor direct reports and monitor progress and quality of work, managing performance and resources

• Degree or 3-year diploma in Civil Engineering
• 5 years of supervisory and technical experience in a similar field
• Hospitality/Hotel/Building maintenance/property management experience preferable
• Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
• Familiar with facility safety and building fire safety systems
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
• Possess sound analytical skills and proven ability to adapt to change and develop creative solutions to complex situations
• Self-motivated and confident in making decisions within boundaries defined by the manager
