For more information, please visit Responsibilities We are seeking a motivated and analytics-oriented Manager of Strategy & Performance Analytics to join our team. The Manager of Strategy & Performance Analytics will be responsible for analysing market and business performance, identifying opportunities for improvement, and providing data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making. The role will support two key endeavours of the team: Business analysis and value realisation - work with leadership team to drive business analysis on how to transform the business in selected geographies and businesses and build the fundamentals to track value realisation Group Balanced Scorecard - Lead the co-design of the Group Balanced Scorecard, define articulation of the KPI in comprehensive dashboards and monitoring systems, and review group performance in relation to the set targets You will be joining a dynamic Strategy & Commercial team in SATS, working with peers with a multitude of skillsets and strong engagement with SATS global business units. The Strategy team is shaping and enabling SATS transformation journey to a global solutions provider in Gateway and Food Solutions. Following the acquisition of WFS, SATS is transforming its Gateway business into a global champion in air cargo and driving hub handling of the future in Singapore and beyond. In Food Solutions, focus is on Leading Asian aviation Food Solutions and becoming the preferred brand, with authentic taste and nutrition. With this transformation journey, SATS is set on a journey to accelerate profitable growth and drive superior shareholder returns. Key Responsibilities The role will include the following key responsibilities: Business analysis – Analyse financials and market trends, in collaboration with group’s Finance & Insight teams, to identify insights to inform business decisions and strategy Problem-solving and solution design – in close collaboration with business unit leadership, structure problems and define actions to solve them by focusing on the most material challenges. Define solutions across a broad spectrum from innovative business models to go-to-market plans and operating models Enable execution & change management – define clear and executable plans to deliver on strategy and engage with business units to enable the change journey. Work closely with and evolve the various change agents in the strategy ecosystem to align on targeted actions and outcomes Track value realisation – shape structure for tracking of value realisation across the group strategy and work with Finance team to quantify impact on enterprise value creation Manage & collaborate – Define scope, timelines & deliverables and manage all aspects of selected projects undertaken by the strategy team including relationships with senior stakeholders across the business. Communicate – communicate effectively in a structured manner with internal and external stakeholders Define performance targets – define group’s balanced scorecard, in line with the group-level strategy, and align with group leadership on effective target KPIs Shape performance platform – work with the data & analytics team to shape a comprehensive platform for tracking of KPI performance Provide performance analysis – regularly review performance vs. balanced scorecard, mining data, and provide insights and recommendations on corrective actions to drive outcomes. Regularly update group leadership on insights. Knowledge, Skills, And Competencies Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, operational improvements, and business development Experience from operations across the aviation industry and air cargo Critical thinking and strong abilities in structuring ambiguous problems and shaping actions to solve them Ability to synthesize complex information into clear takeaways and recommendations using both qualitative and quantitative methods Strong business acumen and understanding of business operations to identify realistic business opportunities and define executable and implementable solutions Skills in financial portfolio analysis and enterprise value creation Experience in managing projects with proven track record of delivering on time and to expectations Excellent presentation, oral and written communication skills, including meeting and workshop facilitation experience Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team Ability to work with a IT tools (e.g. Excel, PowerBI, PPT, other analytics platforms)#J-18808-Ljbffr
