Job no: 493115 Work type: Permanent Full Time Location: Singapore Categories: Responsibilities: Create content for internal newsletters, intranet, emails, and presentations that inform employees about company news, key achievements, and initiatives. Ensure consistent and clear messaging of corporate values, mission, and vision to employees. Plan the frequency of such communication with employees. Create opportunities for feedback and dialogue. Implement tools (surveys, polls, focus groups) to measure the effectiveness of the communication efforts and gather employee feedback. Analyse communication metrics and adjust strategies based on feedback to ensure continuous improvement in employee engagement and awareness of sustainability efforts. Collaborate and be part of the sustainability team to communicate the company’s sustainability initiatives, goals, and achievements. Develop compelling internal campaigns to raise awareness and encourage employee participation in sustainability programs (e.g., recycling, energy savings, reducing waste). Support the creation and dissemination of sustainability reports and progress updates to internal stakeholders. Use the intranet as a central repository for important documents, company news, and resources. Ensure that it remains user-friendly. Incorporate channels such as forums, comments and feedback sections, and newsletters to encourage employee interaction and engagement. Regularly review the communication channels and feedback to assess the effectiveness of the communication and make data-driven improvements. Organize and manage internal events, town halls, webinars, and other forums to facilitate two-way communication and feedback between senior leadership and employees. Promote a culture of openness and inclusivity through regular internal communication and engagement campaigns. Develop communication materials that are tailored to the specific needs and preferences of each department. This could include customized newsletters, targeted emails, or intranet content. Work closely with the Banding team to align internal communication with external sustainability efforts. Ensure alignment between sustainability goals and the company’s overall corporate strategy and culture. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Sustainability, Environmental Science, or related field. At least 10 years relevant experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or sustainability communications. Design experience using Canva and/or InDesign. Proven track record of designing and implementing effective internal communication campaigns and promoting sustainability initiatives in a corporate setting. Excellent command of English and good interpersonal skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for various formats. Strong understanding of sustainability issues, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) practices. Experience with digital communication tools, intranet platforms, and content management systems. Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to simplify complex sustainability topics for broad internal audiences. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Monthly Remuneration: Commensurate with experience Staff Discounts with selected merchants.
