Responsibilities:

1. Guest Assistance: Anticipate and address all guest needs and inquiries.
2. Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of spa services, treatments, and products.
3. Reception Area Maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area and waiting lounge.
4. Warm Welcome: Greet and welcome guests warmly, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures.
5. Appointment Management: Coordinate spa appointments and manage booking systems efficiently.
6. Guest Relations: Provide special assistance to guests as needed.
7. Collaboration: Assist colleagues in various spa functions when required.
8. Task Completion: Complete all shift duties outlined on the checklist.
9. Transportation Assistance: Arrange transportation for guests as needed, including taxis and private vehicles.
10. Support: Support other areas of the spa and hotel as necessary.
