Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated, dynamic, and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team and sell commercial office spaces & other related services of EL Azzab Group. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential clients, managing the sales pipeline, and closing deals for office space rentals or leasing. Your goal will be to drive revenue growth and establish long-lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities :

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, referrals, and industry research.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective tenants or buyers for commercial office spaces.
  • Develop targeted marketing strategies to generate inbound leads, including partnerships with local brokers, property managers, and business incubators.
  • Understand client requirements (size, location, amenities, budget) and provide tailored recommendations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, acting as their primary point of contact for commercial space inquiries.
  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Follow up with leads through calls, emails, and meetings to close deals and manage objections.
  • Negotiate rental rates, lease terms, and other conditions in line with company policies.
  • Work with operations teams & to draft contracts, ensuring terms are clear and aligned with client expectations.
  • Ensure that all documentation is completed and processed correctly.
  • Provide regular reports on sales activities, lead generation, and closing rates to management.
  • Analyze sales performance and suggest improvements for process optimization.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure all marketing materials and digital campaigns align with sales goals.
  • Participate in team meetings to discuss sales strategies, client feedback, and market developments.
  • Gather customer feedback to help improve the leasing process and address any potential concerns or opportunities.
  • Provide management with insights into customer needs, preferences, and any competitor activity in the market.
Required Qualifications & Skills: Preferred Qualifications :
  • Previous experience in selling leasing commercial properties (office spaces, retail, industrial).
  • Arabic / English speaker (Mandatory).
Experience :
  • 2-5 years of proven experience in sales, preferably in commercial real estate or a related industry (e.g., property leasing, office space rental).
  • Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills :
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients.
  • Excellent negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Deep understanding of the commercial real estate market, including trends in office space leasing, tenant needs, and competitive offerings.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
