Senior Brand and Marketing Executive

Responsibilities: Develop CRM strategies to enhance the customer experience across all Sushi Express Group brands. Utilize data to understand customer behavior and maximize business returns. Manage the member lifecycle (acquisition, activation, engagement, re-activation) for all segments. Define metrics, measure performance, and analyze KPIs to gain insights. Create and implement CRM marketing campaigns to drive customer visits and deliver ROI. Coordinate CRM program development with internal departments and third parties. Lead digital marketing efforts by managing agencies to optimize paid marketing. Ensure SEM, SEO and social media channels are optimized. Analyze performance regularly and provide recommendations to improve ROI. Familiarity with advertising on platforms such as Google, Facebook, TikTok, etc. Other projects and adhoc duties as assigned by Manager. Requirements: Degree in Marketing/Mass Communication or related discipline with minimum 2-3 years of relevant experience in Marketing/Brand Management for F&B/FMCG/Hospitality industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel, Power BI. Ability to work under pressure and deliver timely and quality work. Has an eye for details and flair in creative designs. Positive, energetic and able to thrive in fast-paced environment. Effective written and communication skills. Bilingual in English and Chinese to liaise with overseas Mandarin speaking associates in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
