Legal manager

Job Description:

The Legal and Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in overseeing the legal and operational aspects of our organization. This position involves managing litigation cases, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and streamlining operational processes to enhance efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all litigation activities, including the preparation and presentation of legal cases, dispute resolution, and risk management.
• Develop and implement comprehensive legal strategies and policies to address and mitigate potential legal issues.
• Oversee operational functions, including process optimization, resource allocation, and project management to ensure operational excellence and efficiency.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate legal considerations into business operations and improve cross-functional workflows.
• Ensure strict compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and proactively identify and address compliance risks.
• Provide expert legal advice and support to senior management, the board of directors, and other departments on complex legal and operational matters.
• Manage relationships with external legal counsel and regulatory bodies, ensuring effective communication and representation.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews of legal and operational processes to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver training programs on legal and compliance matters to enhance organizational awareness and adherence.
• Monitor and report on litigation and operational performance, including key metrics and outcomes, to senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Extensive experience in litigation and operations management.
• Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements.
• Proven track record of managing complex legal cases and operational projects.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Salary:
