Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Operations Manager with a background in luxury fashion to oversee and optimize our retail operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the seamless functioning of our retail outlets, implementing effective operational strategies, and maintaining the highest standards of customer service. Key Responsibilities: Operational Excellence: Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Oversee day-to-day retail operations, including inventory management, order fulfilment, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations. Team Management: Lead and motivate a team of retail staff to deliver exceptional customer service. Conduct regular training sessions to enhance staff knowledge of luxury fashion products and customer service standards. Create and maintain a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and professional growth. Inventory Control: Monitor and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstock situations. Implement effective inventory control measures and conduct regular stock assessments. Collaborate with buying and merchandising teams to optimize product assortment. Customer Experience: Uphold the brand image by ensuring a luxurious and memorable customer experience. Address customer concerns and feedback promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Implement strategies to enhance customer loyalty and repeat business. Sales Performance: Analyse sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies. Monitor and achieve sales targets while maximizing profitability. Visual Merchandising: Oversee the visual merchandising standards to create an aesthetically pleasing and enticing shopping environment. Collaborate with the visual merchandising team to implement seasonal displays and promotions. Requirement: Min, 3 years or more. Proven experience as a Retail Operations Manager, must have experience in the luxury fashion industry. Strong understanding of luxury fashion products and market trends.
