Assistant Director, Research & Development Office (Healthcare/ Strategy) Job Description Working closely with the RDO Director, the Assistant Director (AD) is responsible for the development and implementation of one of NHG’s key research strategy on “Research Manpower Development”. These include all key programme, schemes & initiatives related to the strategy. The AD will also oversee day to day operations of the units under his/her care, RMDU & PM. He/She will also be responsible for collating, monitoring, analyzing and reporting of institutions research KPIs through the Research Performance Dashboard. In addition, the Assistant Director will assist Director (RDO)/DyGCEO (Education & Research), on all other strategic development aspects of Research Manpower Development. Oversee the development & implementation of programmes, initiatives and schemes of one of NHG’s key strategy – “Research Manpower Development” Responsible for the collation, monitoring, analyzing and reporting of institutions research KPIs through the Research Performance Dashboard System (RPDS) Job Requirements Education/Training/Experience Minimum a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Science/Life Sciences/Health Sciences.
