FACILITY SOFT SERVICE MANAGER

- Ensures the company’s policies, procedures, and codes of conduct are followed at all times.
- Ensures high standards of confidentiality to safeguard corporate sensitive information.
- Needs to provide immediate responses to calls, WhatsApp messages, and e-mails for official tasks.
- Ensures compliance with the company health & safety standards and full implementation in the project and for the entire dedicated housekeeping team.
- Follows up on all procurement activities until incorporation to the site along with specifications for purchases of equipment and materials, maintaining liaison with central stores to assure adequate stock.
- Completely responsible for executing housekeeping tasks and all related follow-ups.
- Maintains and executes deep cleaning plans (CM, PPM, RM, snags, etc.) with all necessary documentation as per requirement.
- Has complete ownership over the dedicated reporting process.
- Has complete ownership of the work in the CAFM system and any other computer system.
- Sets internal performance indicators for all immediate subordinates and technical resources for housekeeping.
- Ensures all cleaning activities are conducted in alignment with BICS standards.
- Follows activities of the Pest Control Third Party company and provides timely feedback.
- Responsible for waste management organization onsite within ISG remit.
- Responsible for the performance of the landscaping team.
- Reviews all reports (daily, monthly, etc.) from a technical perspective.
- Ensures company assets and vehicles under housekeeping are well maintained.
- Ensures the commercial proposals submission process is accurate.
- Ensures scope/specs/category is clear from the client's side.
- Ensures technical datasheet/commercial proposal submission is accurate.
- Ensures logistics and restocking of consumables process is on track.
- Strong leadership skills.
- Interpersonal, initiative, analytical thinking, decision-making, and leadership abilities.
- Perfect command of spoken and written English.
- Good knowledge of quality standards like ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and OHSAS 18001.
