1. Customer Support: Answer inbound calls or respond to messages from customers. Provide information about products, services, and offers. Receive complaints and provide solutions. 2. Sales and Upselling: Promote products or services to customers, sometimes meeting sales targets. Upsell or cross-sell based on customer needs. 3. Problem Resolution: Resolve customer complaints or issues effectively and efficiently.
- Document customer interactions and issues for future reference.

- Refined communication skills with an ability to persuade customers.
- Portraying a positive outlook towards suggestions from the management related to required improvements.
