Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field At least 5-10 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role overseeing both HR & administrative functions (Construction industry is a plus) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities Proficient in English & Mandarin is a must to communicate with Head Office in Taiwan and other subsidiaries in China Knowledge of labor laws and HR regulations Working location in the East side Responsibilities: Accountable for budget and policy recommendations Liaise with functional or operational area managers to develop and implement local HR strategies Establish and maintain the human resource planning, control, and reporting activities Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop a team of human resource professionals Oversee all office administrative functions Collaborate with HR, Legal, and other teams to ensure smooth operations #J-18808-Ljbffr
