As a Senior People Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in managing various human resources functions within the organization. Your responsibilities will include overseeing employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, onboarding, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and company policies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement HR initiatives, drive employee engagement, and create a positive work culture. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR operations, possess strong problem-solving skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. A deep understanding of HR practices, legal regulations, and industry trends is essential for success in this role. Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  2. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding process, including conducting orientation for new hires.
  3. Oversee payroll processing and benefits administration for employees.
  4. Create and maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  5. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues.
  6. Collaborate with management to address employee relations issues and performance management.
  7. Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  8. Conduct periodic HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.
  9. Assist in talent acquisition efforts by participating in recruitment activities and candidate evaluations.
  10. Contribute to the overall HR strategy and support the organization in achieving its goals through effective people operations.

Minimum Requirements

  1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources or people operations
  3. Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  4. Experience in implementing and improving HR processes and policies
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
