About the job: Developing business line within Synpulse, identifying opportunities, leading sales efforts, and managing and developing client relationships Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of organization Conduct interviews and workshops to define future state visions and prioritization of opportunity areas that deliver value across people, processes, data & technology while ensuring buy-in from clients' senior management Produce solutions to complex problems demonstrating in-depth knowledge of the subject matter and an ability to think independently and communicate such concisely Mentor consultants and senior consultants to increase their industry specific knowledge and practical experiences Conducting market and trend analyses to support the business identifying strategic opportunities for growth Act as a thought leader and define business development and marketing activities in the region Maintain and develop industry knowledge to keep a breadth of client needs and proactively recommend new and innovative solutions About you: Educated to bachelor's degree level from a reputable university, while ideally holding an advanced degree (MA, MSc, or MBA) A minimum of 8 years' experience within insurance industry at a management consulting firm, or management function within a financial firm with long term exposure to project delivery Evidence of sales efforts and project acquisition by leading activities or supporting senior management A detailed understanding of the opportunities and dependencies both business and technology play in a client's organisation Strong leadership skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels internally and with client teams and stakeholders Demonstrated leadership experience, managing teams across projects or workstreams Strong quantitative and qualitative skills with the ability to identify complex problems, consider them analytically and conceptualise solutions Impeccable communication, presentation and facilitation skills, and experience communicating with clients at various levels across an organisation Why us: Flexible working hours with part-time working models and hybrid options Attractive fringe benefits and salary structures in line with the market Modern and central office space with good public transport connections Can-do mentality and one-spirit culture Varied events and employee initiatives Your documents to start the process: Resume Job references Qualifications (bachelor/ master diploma, etc.) with certificate of grades Motivation letter: Why Synpulse?
