We are seeking a head of technology for our client ST Engineering. Title: Head Technology Responsibilities Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies and industry trends. Identify new technologies related to maintenance that can drive innovation and competitive advantage that leads to business impact. Build and maintain a comprehensive technology roadmap, ensuring that it reflects current needs while anticipating future trends and innovations of business needs. Ensure that all technology systems comply with industry regulations and standards. Serve as a key point of contact for technology-related matters, providing regular updates to senior leadership and other stakeholders on progress, challenges, and opportunities. Requirements Bachelor or Masters in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, including roles such as Architect, Technology Officer, Head of Engineering, Technical Director, or equivalent. Experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models or other emerging technologies. Strong business acumen with the ability to link new technology decisions to company strategy and market opportunities. Ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders with user stories and relevant business cases. Working location is in Ang Mo Kio. Singaporean Only.
