With PwC, you will get the opportunity to work with clients along the entire technology lifecycle, from developing IT strategy through to system implementation.Purpose-led work you'll be part ofAs a Senior Manager, you'll work as part of a team of solutions-driven and problem-solving individuals, applying your technology experience and stakeholder management to drive projects and programmes from strategy to execution.Job DescriptionAs a SAP Implementation Lead, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Leading the implementation of SAP solutions and improving business processes.Turning client requirements into value-adding, SAP-based business solutions.Managing resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections.Demonstrating intimate knowledge and/or a proven record of success with the SAP product suite.Interacting with experienced client buyers and/or influencers and contributing to the development of new SAP business in the Irish market.Developing implementation proposals.Creating practice marketing materials, including whitepapers, methodologies, and case studies.Developing staff by supporting SAP training, mentoring, and on-the-job coaching.Working across the PwC network to leverage solutions and assets.Your ProfileFull lifecycle experience of a medium-to-large SAP implementation with S/4HANA.Working knowledge of SAP implementation methodology (ASAP, Activate).Integration between core S/4 and other line-of-business applications (SuccessFactors, etc.).Ability to advise on deployment options (RISE, private cloud, hyperscalers) at a business level.Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on pragmatic solutions within the SAP standard best practice framework.Ability to lead a team and manage stakeholders.Strong written, oral, and presentation skills.Strong workshop/meeting facilitation skills.Unlock your potential with PwC IrelandWe believe that challenges are better solved together!
