Data Analytics Manager (Mobile Network) - IC Client Description Job Description

1. Perform Data Analytics on network quality assurance
2. Evolve performance management tools with machine learning / AI
3. Monitor and analyze performance of mobile network and customer complaints
4. Automate the processes of mobile network planning and operations
5. Initiate and drive the network performance and customer experience improvement plans
6. Define the network performance metrics and KPI
7. Integrate network performance platform with different vendor systems
8. Server and database administration, patch update and security configuration

1. Degree in Information Technology, Telecommunication Engineering, or relevant disciplines
2. 5 - 10 years' working experience, preferable in mobile network industry
3. Sound knowledge in 3G/4G/5G mobile networks
4. Knowledge in MS Office, Windows, IOS, Linux and Sun Solaris
5. Familiar with SQL, Oracle, Web programming, Python, C++
6. A good team player with excellent analytical and problem solving skills
7. Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Cantonese, Mandarin is a plus
