Part Time Operations Executive (Sales & Marketing) Responsibilities We are seeking a resourceful, experienced, and committed individual to manage the following:
- Key role to support project and sales activities.
- Handle administrative duties for project work and sales activities.
- Review documentation including proofreading, modification, and improving existing work.
- Prepare information on products and their applications for submission of tender proposals.
- Perform strategic procurement, liaise, and negotiate with vendors for the best price.
- Collect customer feedback and follow up to ensure customer expectations and satisfaction are maintained.
- Plan and schedule meetings including taking minutes.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors, establishing and maintaining relationships for the flawless execution of projects.
- Adhere to departmental delivery processes, procedures, work instructions, forms & templates.
- Stay familiar with company policies and goals and ensure that all members of a project team adhere to set standards.
- Ad hoc duties and projects as assigned from time to time.
- Exposure to support Singapore and Hong Kong headquarters projects and other international exposure.
- At least a Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Mass Communications, Information Technology, or equivalent.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Self-motivated and dynamic personality with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Independent, organized, meticulous, team player, and a fast worker.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude at all times.
- Minimum 1 year working experience in project administration, operations, marketing, etc.
- Able to start work immediately or within short notice.
