About the role: As a Connecting Services Consultant with Southern
Cross Care, you will work in a friendly team environment, helping to
connect people with our services. You will answer phone calls and
email enquiries, take bookings and cancellations, and enter data into
our systems to create requests and referrals for our service teams.
Most importantly, you will be helping older people in our community
access the services they need. By doing this, you will be making a
positive difference in their lives. For further details about the

The successful candidate will have the following experience & skills:
Great customer service skills. Proficient computer and keyboard
