Do work that makes a difference As a Senior Business Analyst, you will work as a liaison among stakeholders in order to elicit, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies and information systems. You will be a highly engaging Business Analyst working with multiple business and technical groups to overcome project complexities by understanding business problems in context of the requirements by recommending solutions that enable the business to achieve its goals. Key Responsibilities
- Understand business analysis scope and prepare business analysis plan, stakeholder engagement plan etc.
- Elicit, analyse, document, communicate, and manage the business requirements.
- Design and implement strategies for gathering, reviewing and analysing data requirements.
- Translate complex business, strategic and technical information concisely for diverse audiences.
- Understand, document, and communicate the objectives, drivers and business value proposition of a change.
- Solid end to end Business Analysis skills to plan, elicit, analyse, communicate, validate requirements, and change requirements.
- Experience working on telephony or collaboration tool projects preferred.
- Agile project experience, SCRUM preferred.
- Strong communication and writing skills with proven stakeholder management experience.
