Accounts Receivable YOUR NEW COMPANY Great opportunity to join a well-established organisation based in Botany. Due to continual growth and success, they are looking for an experienced account receivable officer to join their busy team. YOUR NEW ROLE Your new role will be varied and act to support the finance team.
- End-to-end accounts receivable
- Reconciliation of accounts receivable ledger
- Ensure invoices are issued in a timely manner
- Follow-up on overdue accounts (email & phone calls)
- Respond to and resolve internal and external queries
- Assist with external and internal audits
- Update customer notes in Pronto
- Assist with the month-end process WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED In order to be successful, you will meet the following requirements:
- Experience in accounts receivable
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated attention to detail
- Experience with Pronto is an advantage, but not essential WHAT YOU'LL GET IN RETURN
- 65K-70K+Super
