The primary focus for this position is to ensure that Non BAU activity that is allocated by the Team Leader is completed accurately and timely; they act at all times as a support to the wider Super Services operations team in Albury. It is the responsibility of each OSO to support the BAU teams in any "change" activity that either needs to be implemented or the BAU teams want implemented. Each member of the team needs to ensure that tasks allocated by the Team Leader (or their back up from time to time) are completed accurately and timely and ultimately to ensure that the expected service to be delivered to the BAU teams happens as quickly and accurately as possible. Some of the awesome things you'll be involved with:
- Accurate fee and commission processing
- Completion of UAT as required
- Data analysis and reporting as required
- Consistently support staff in the operational teams in any way you can
- Supporting of any and all process improvements activities
- 12 months experience in a similar role within Superannuation or financial services industry
- Experience with handling superannuation administration is desirable
- Highly skilled with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to work effectively in a broader team
- Some exposure to superannuation legislation is desirable
