### Key Responsibilities:
#### Operations Management:
- Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to meet quality and quantity targets.
- Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
- Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and order processing.
- Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize delays.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control protocols for herbal medicine production.
- Assist in managing customer inquiries, orders, and feedback.
- Support the sales team with preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining customer databases.
- Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
- Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance product sales strategies.
- Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth working environment.
- Handle documentation related to licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements.
- Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment maintenance.
- Develop and implement policies to improve operational and administrative efficiency.

- **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role, preferably in the herbal or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of herbal medicine production processes and industry regulations is an advantage.
