##Job Title: Operations and Administrative Officer

Salary : 120,000

  • *Location:No. 12 Liasu Sawubana Adigbe GRA Kuforiji Abeokuta, Ogun State.

### Job Summary: We seek a highly organized and proactive Operations and Administrative Officer to join our team. This role is essential in ensuring the seamless coordination of production, sales, and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will oversee daily operations, support the production and sales teams, and maintain efficient office systems to drive business success.

### Key Responsibilities:

#### Operations Management:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to meet quality and quantity targets.
  • Liaise with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely procurement of raw materials.
  • Oversee inventory management, including stock levels and order processing.
  • Optimize production workflows to enhance efficiency and minimize delays.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality control protocols for herbal medicine production.
#### Sales Support:
  • Assist in managing customer inquiries, orders, and feedback.
  • Support the sales team with preparing sales reports, tracking performance metrics, and maintaining customer databases.
  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
  • Monitor market trends and provide insights to enhance product sales strategies.
#### Administrative Functions:
  • Manage office operations, including scheduling meetings, maintaining records, and ensuring a smooth working environment.
  • Handle documentation related to licenses, certifications, and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor and manage office supplies and equipment maintenance.
  • Develop and implement policies to improve operational and administrative efficiency.

### Qualifications and Skills:
  • **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • **Experience:** 2+ years of experience in operations, administration, or a related role, preferably in the herbal or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of herbal medicine production processes and industry regulations is an advantage.
