In this newly established role, the Senior P2P Manager will oversee all aspects of payments and expense management, ensuring compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. You will play a crucial role in optimizing cash flow, streamlining payment processes, and controlling expenses while providing exceptional support to employees and reporting non-compliance to relevant stakeholders. You will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the end-to-end management of the invoice process within the tool, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations, while maintaining high levels of productivity and driving continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for the setup and ongoing management of the service scope within the region. This includes ensuring alignment with service level agreements and quality standards as defined by the global DBS P2P service line lead. You are accountable for the proper execution of group financial policies within your scope. Additionally, you will drive innovation and continuous improvement to enhance service delivery and optimize costs for the activities in scope.

About you

  • Strong knowledge of overall P2P process (including compliance standards), related systems and Continuous Improvement methodology.
  • Proven experience in a similar leadership role within SSC/BPO environment.
  • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial reporting.
  • Stakeholder-oriented mindset and good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities, with a proven track record of process improvement and automation.
  • Good organizational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Experience (in years): 8+ years working experience in Finance SSC or BPO industry, 4+ years as team manager.
