Maintain a good cross-training program and a strong succession plan to accommodate changes in business needs. </li><li> Ensure employees are given proper training, tools, and resources to execute their responsibility. Develop, motivate, and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media. </li><li> Prepare periodic performance reviews of all reporting Planners &amp; career path. </li><li> Review all relevant policies and procedures (as initiated and revised) with department members, coaching them regarding the specific instruction to them assignments. Maintain a good cross-training program and a strong succession plan to accommodate changes in business needs. </li><li> Ensure employees are given proper training, tools, and resources to execute their responsibility. Develop, motivate, and challenge all team members to perform to their full potential, providing direct and timely feedback in formal and informal media. </li><li> Prepare periodic performance reviews of all reporting Planners &amp; career path. </li><li> Review all relevant policies and procedures (as initiated and revised) with department members, coaching them regarding the specific instruction to them assignments.
