Research and Insights Coordinator CBD Location Temporary contract 2-3 monthswith an ASAP start Excellent hybrid work flexibility Our client is looking for a highly organised, experienced and detail-oriented team member to join their dynamic research team. This role requires someone with strong technical skills, a good understanding of numbers and data, and the ability to communicate effectively in a remote/hybrid working environment. If you have strong experience and capabilities within Excel, PowerPoint, and a natural aptitude for learning new software tools, we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities: Operational Coordination & Management:
- Coordinate and manage various research projects from start to finish, including event tracking and follow-up, list processing, and campaign setup.
- Process and upload lists to Alchemer, ensuring smooth and timely campaign execution.
- Monitor ongoing research waves, ensuring invites, reminders, and updates are sent out on time, while raising any risks or issues.
- Oversee the closing of research waves, downloading and checking data, preparing for upload to Harmoni, and checking outputs.
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations based on instructions, including updating charts and tables from Excel.
- Assist in formatting and proofreading reports.
- Learn and assist in basic survey programming and testing.
- Help test surveys with a keen eye for detail.
- The successful candidate needs to be competent across MS Office including PowerPoint with the ability to build charts and reports based on instructions. Excel Experience and CSV data manipulation (advanced Excel skills are a bonus, but competent is acceptable). Any experience with Analytical Software knowledge is a plus, but not essential.
- Our ideal candidate must have exceptional attention to detail. strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, especially in a remote work environment. We’re on the lookout for candidates with logical reasoning skills and the ability to learn new software tools (such as Alchemer) with ease.
- Strong numerical literacy with comfort around handling data is a must for this role. A high level of English language skills, including the ability to proofread documents and previous project coordination or operational management experience, with an understanding of timelines, follow-up, and organization. Research skills and knowledge although not required, it would be a great asset.
