- Oversee and manage key operations across Auckland, based at our Mt Wellington head office, with regular travel to our Airport site.
- Build and develop a high-performing team that shares your passion for delivering a world-class operation.
- Lead with a safety-first mindset, fostering a culture of health, safety, and risk management at all levels.
- Drive operational excellence by upholding and exceeding operational standards.
- Be an active, can-do leader and approach challenges with energy, commitment, with a focus on doing things right.
- A strong hands-on operational experience in supply chain logistics.
- A proven track record of influencing, leading, and motivating teams to consistently deliver outstanding results.
- Experience working collaboratively with internal business stakeholders to identify and capitalise on growth opportunities, including new customer relationships and space utilisation.
- Strong understanding of 3PL/4PL logistics and warehouse management skills is essential.
- A bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred) or equivalent experience would be advantageous.
- Strong financial acumen, with the ability to manage budgets, set and achieve financial targets, and analyse operational initiatives.
- Strong commercial acumen, including excellent relationship management and contract negotiations.
- Expertise in maintaining and improving operational standards.
- Clear and effective verbal and written communication, essential for success in this role.
- The ability to manage multiple competing priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
