Job Description

We are a Laboratory Information System (LIS) solution developer & provider. Our clients include Pathological Labs in major hospitals (government & private) throughout Malaysia. One of the critical parts of the solution comprises training and support services. Our success and growing operations depend on a team of highly skilled and well-trained professionals. 1. Provide technical guidance and training to customers.
2. Provide onsite support and troubleshooting (investigating, validating, and resolving reported issues).
3. Assist the programming and technical team to collect information and requirements from end users and liaise between the programming/technical team and end users.
4. Assist the project deployment team in coordinating and implementing during project deployment.
5. Create end-user documentation and instructions for software solutions and maintain/update such documentation as system changes dictate.
6. Perform basic application testing to help ensure quality software releases.
7. Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams, and support teams to aid project scope, manage budgets, and ensure effective rollout and training of new technologies.
8. Provide advice, training, and technical support for various projects as required.
9. Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

1. Diploma or Degree in Medical Lab Technologist, biomedical, or related science field.
2. Working experience in medical/pathology lab and familiarity with Laboratory Information System operation will be an added advantage. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
3. Willing to travel and be based at deployment sites during project implementation.
4. Possess own transport (car).
5. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills along with patience, a customer-friendly attitude, and the ability to work in a team environment.
6. Must maintain a professional and clean appearance at all times consistent with company standards.
