• Contribute to the achievement of the objectives by participating in and developing the strategic planning and day-to-day management of the Sales and Marketing Section.
• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve set sales, market share, and image objectives.
• Meet or exceed budget planned sales and profit objectives within budget expenses and costs.
• Develop staff skills and ensure training and improvement plans are in place to meet staff expectations and achieve objectives while ensuring staff cooperation with other departments.
• Direct and control the Sales Operations, Product Planning, Marketing Developments, Corporate Sales, and Marketing Communications.
• Create and develop the segmentation business network.
