Project Engineer RF NPM Hillcrest Solutions Pvt. Ltd., Pakistan

Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, BEEE, BSCS, BSSE or related disciplines. At least 5 years of experience in RF NPM or MS Project, and 3 years of experience with Huawei vendor.

1. Strong proficiency with LTE or 5G NR theoretical knowledge and good communication skills in network strategy with customers.
2. Strong proficiency with 2G and 3G theoretical knowledge.
3. Good skills with Huawei RF basic tools, such as Genexcloud, Omstart, FMA, U2020, U-net.
4. Hard-working attitude and willingness to accept overtime for urgent project tasks. Good service awareness as a qualified RF service engineer.
5. Familiarity with LTE OSS-KPI degradation reason analysis and OSS-KPI optimization process, with good capability in KPI optimization solutions.
6. Understanding of LTE major enhancement features and solutions, such as VoLTE, MLB, eSRVCC, and CSFB.
7. Experience in feature or solution deployment and evaluation.
8. Good skills in basic RF office software such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, with strong report summary capabilities for RF daily work.
9. Not suitable for candidates with only DT test or analysis experience and SSV-making work experiences.
