Graphic Designer

Job Description

• Design marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, and advertisements for real estate properties.
• Develop and maintain consistent branding for the company’s promotional materials.
• Work closely with the marketing team to create visually appealing content that engages customers and supports business objectives.
• Create and optimize designs for both print and digital platforms.
• Stay updated on design trends and techniques to bring fresh and innovative ideas to the table.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in the real estate industry.
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of layout, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teams.
• A portfolio showcasing relevant work, especially in real estate design.
