Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Tender and Business Development Expert at Eletus in Bengaluru. The Expert will be responsible for managing tender processes, developing business opportunities, analyzing market trends, maintaining customer relationships, and driving sales growth through effective communication and customer service strategies. Qualifications

• Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate market trends and competitor analysis
• Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Sales and Customer Service: Experience in sales strategies and customer relationship management
• Business Development: Proven track record in identifying and developing new business opportunities
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of infrastructure consulting or related industry is a plus
