QC Validation

Hobson Prior is partnering with a biotech company to find a QC Validation professional for a 6-month contract, joining their expanding team. This role focuses on ensuring the quality and compliance of gene therapy products through validation processes. You will primarily be working in Shannon, with potential opportunities to work in London as well. Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location. Responsibilities:

• Validate both existing and new test methods for gene therapy products.
• Create and manage documentation to support analytical activities, ensuring compliance.
• Introduce and validate new equipment and materials.
• Support the validation of methods for testing raw materials and sampling booth activities.
• Manage change controls and oversee project management tasks.

Key Skills and Requirements:

• Experience in validation within biologics or cell and gene therapy.
• Ability to generate and manage qualification/validation documentation.
• Familiarity with introducing and validating new equipment and materials.
• Knowledge of raw materials testing and sampling booth activities.
• Competence in raising change controls and managing projects.
