Restaurant Manager

Sky Staffing Solutions is seeking an experienced and dynamic Restaurant Manager on behalf of our client, located in County Sligo. About the Role: As Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of the restaurant, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for all guests. You will manage a team of front-of-house staff, maintain high service standards, and work closely with the kitchen team to create a seamless dining environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high standard of service.
• Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Manage reservations, guest seating, and special requests to ensure smooth service.
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely food service and guest satisfaction.
• Monitor inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling costs to maintain operational efficiency.
• Handle guest feedback, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and dining areas.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, preferably in a luxury or fine dining environment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a high standard of service.
• Knowledge of restaurant management systems, inventory control, and budgeting.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
