About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and detail-orientated, preferably female junior bookkeeper, to join our dynamic team. In this hybrid role, you will have the flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, while playing a crucial part in maintaining accurate financial records and supporting our day-to-day accounting operations.Key Responsibilities:Data entry of financial transactions into accounting softwareAssisting with bank reconciliationsPreparing and processing invoices and paymentsAssisting with general ledger maintenanceSupporting month-end and year-end closing proceduresProviding administrative support to the finance team as needed.Qualifications and Skills:Diploma or degree in accounting or financeStrong understanding of basic accounting principlesProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office SuiteExcellent organizational and time management skillsAttention to detail and accuracyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamExperience with remote work and virtual collaboration toolsGrowth and Earning Potential:We offer a competitive salary with opportunities for growth and commission-based earnings.
