Kitchen Commis

We are looking to hire a hard-working and efficient commis chef to prepare meal ingredients for the chef de partie and assist with various kitchen duties. Responsibilities:

1. The Commis will support the Pizza Chefs or CPDs during operational hours.
2. The Commis will support the Pizza Chef or CPDs for the preparations tasks lists.
3. The Commis will support the Pizza Chef or CPDs during service: preparation of the dough, placement of the ingredients.

1. Follow all internal policies and procedures.
2. Be fully knowledgeable of the Allergens Matrix.
3. Be knowledgeable of the chemicals and other hazardous substances policies.
4. Keep the Pizzeria, Kitchen, and the common areas up to hygiene standards.
5. Check that your line always contains fresh food and all the prep that you will need to run.
6. Always check that labels have not expired.
7. Label all products before putting them in the fridge, with the production and expiry date.
8. Always have the section clean while working.

Requirements:

1. Proven work experience in Italian cuisine as a Pizza Commis Chef.
