  1. Work with local commercial teams (Account Managers) to understand issues being faced from NCR, help the teams understand all AdTech tools and build strategies to uplift revenue from in-app ads.
  2. Optimize revenue generation from NCR products through process improvements.
  3. Responsible for collating and resolving bugs that country teams are facing, while upholding SLAs defined.
  4. Work with key stakeholders: local teams, Talabat AdTech product/Tech team, DH AdTech/product team and Product Operations team.
  5. Support local teams with selling in-app ads to partners with a generic sales pitch.
  6. Take suggestions from local teams to improve the product and add features.
  7. Collaborate with different teams across the organization, communicate with stakeholders, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvements to optimize revenue generation from NCR products.
  8. Address a range of common problems and complex issues related to revenue generation from NCR products.
  9. Directly impact the business by driving revenue growth from NCR products.
  10. Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations.
