- Work with local commercial teams (Account Managers) to understand issues being faced from NCR, help the teams understand all AdTech tools and build strategies to uplift revenue from in-app ads.
- Optimize revenue generation from NCR products through process improvements.
- Responsible for collating and resolving bugs that country teams are facing, while upholding SLAs defined.
- Work with key stakeholders: local teams, Talabat AdTech product/Tech team, DH AdTech/product team and Product Operations team.
- Support local teams with selling in-app ads to partners with a generic sales pitch.
- Take suggestions from local teams to improve the product and add features.
- Collaborate with different teams across the organization, communicate with stakeholders, analyze data, and make recommendations for process improvements to optimize revenue generation from NCR products.
- Address a range of common problems and complex issues related to revenue generation from NCR products.
- Directly impact the business by driving revenue growth from NCR products.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and optimize processes to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of revenue operations.
