Person Specification:
  • Highly qualified in the relevant domain of education to the role being applied for - Degree in education/psychology/counseling.
  • A commitment to the wellbeing of all students.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced international, multicultural, and demanding environment.
Experience:
  • At least two years of school-based experience or previous experience working with schools and students in a counseling capacity.
  • A committed and creative individual with excellent organisational skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and able to work effectively with students and staff.
Competencies:
  • Excellent communication skills including high standards of professionalism in written and spoken English.
