We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee our Carpentry Division. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the carpentry factory, ensuring production targets are met, quality standards are maintained, and safety protocols are followed. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of driving operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Production Management:- Plan, organize, and oversee all activities within the carpentry factory to meet production targets.- Monitor production processes and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.- Ensure that production schedules are adhered to and adjust as necessary to meet changing demands.Quality Control:- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and product quality.- Conduct regular inspections of finished products to ensure they meet specifications and customer expectations.- Address any quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions as needed.Team Leadership:- Lead and motivate a team of carpenters, supervisors, and support staff to achieve production goals.- Provide coaching, training, and development opportunities to team members to enhance their skills and capabilities.- Foster a positive work environment that promotes collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.Safety Compliance:- Ensure that all safety protocols and regulations are followed within the factory.- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement measures to prevent accidents and injuries.- Provide safety training to employees and enforce safety policies consistently.Inventory Management:- Manage inventory levels of raw materials, tools, and finished products to ensure uninterrupted production.- Monitor inventory usage and implement strategies to minimize waste and optimize inventory turnover.Budgeting and Cost Control:- Develop and manage the factory budget, including labor costs, material expenses, and overheads.- Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements to maximize profitability.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).Proven experience in a similar role within the carpentry manufacturing industry.Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, and equipment.Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Solid understanding of production processes, quality control principles, and safety standards.Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Proficiency in computer applications, including MS Office and production management software.Job Types: Full-time, PermanentApplication Questions:What is your notice period?How many years of experience do you have in the Carpentry Division?What is your current salary?What is your expected salary?Language:* Arabic (Required)
