We believe our guests select our hotel because of our caring and attentive colleagues who provide efficient service and create a seamless, intuitive, signature experience making our guests' stay free from stress and filled with success.Responsibilities:As Team Leader Reservations, you will be responsible for assisting with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest, and owner expectations. The Team Leader - Reservations is responsible for assisting the Reservation Manager in managing the Reservations Department and working closely with Marketing and Sales and other relevant Rooms Departments to maximize Room Yield through Inventory Control while delivering exceptional customer service in line with Hyatt's Brand Standards.Qualifications:Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism managementExceptional interpersonal skills showing care and the ability to connect and care for our guestsInternational experience in luxury hotel brands demonstrating adaptability to a range of cultures and environmentsDesire to constantly learn and ambition to growAbility to work under pressureExcellent English; Arabic would be a distinctive advantageWhat We Are Offering:Competitive tax-free salary and benefitsOpportunities for career growth within the global companyDiscounted rooms at Hyatt worldwideDesired Candidate ProfileEducation:Any Graduation()Gender:AnyNationality:Any Nationality
