Our client is a well-established MNC, market leader in the 3PL Logistics industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for a Contract Logistics Manager to join their warehouse team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the East - easily accessible. Job Scope: Program Management: Understand the program in-depth, connect various business units, and identify new business opportunities. Customer Engagement: Conduct regular customer meetings, including weekly scorecard and quality discussions, monthly safety sessions, continuous improvement (CIP) sessions, project updates, KPI reviews, and strategic business reviews. Project Leadership: Lead or participate in CIP and ad hoc projects focusing on safety improvements, automation, process optimization, quality enhancements, productivity gains, data analytics, data visualization, storage models, freight consolidation, cross-border trucking, and network planning. Project Planning: Oversee the planning and execution of projects with timelines ranging from 6 months to 10 years. Representation: Act as the main representative in customer engagements and project-related meetings. Team Leadership: Lead staff training and career development initiatives. Multi-Project Management: Manage multiple CIP and ad hoc projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion. Requirement: Degree in related field Relevant experience in contract logistics especially semiconductor accounts; internal candidates with relevant semiconductor warehousing experience are welcomed Possess valid PMP certification is an added advantage We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified. #J-18808-Ljbffr
