Our Client, a Global Tech firm, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst - ECM to join their team in Cape Town on a contract basis.
Responsibilities:
- Contribute to aligning requirements for paper and electronic record management processes and procedures.
- Document each project’s document management requirement specifications, working in close collaboration with the relevant stakeholders.
