Assistant Manager Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for training the team on products, makeup application techniques, and selling techniques to deliver an exceptional customer experience.Main Responsibilities:
- Train team members on products, makeup application techniques, and selling techniques
- Deliver business goals as defined with the Store Manager
- Maintain qualitative standards in terms of brand image, including layout, merchandising, and housekeeping
- Recruit, train, motivate, and evaluate team members
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
- 2-3 years of experience in retail
- Knowledge of beauty products, especially particular lines of cosmetics
